Historic Offices Reworked

Redecorating listed office building

Melbourne House was built in 1856-7 by the Christian Israelite Church, for John Wroe the church’s founder and self-proclaimed prophet. This Victorian property located at Wrenthorpe near Wakefield in Yorkshire is now a listed building occupied as corporate offices by KCOM plc. The interior retains many original features and needs to be maintained and styled sympathetically.

For the most recent interiors renovation we chose wallpaper from Today Interiors to give a light airy functional feeling throughout whilst maintaining traditional styling.

To refresh and redecorate the reception, and public areas of corporate headquarters building..

“Many thanks for accepting the challenge of assisting in the difficult selection of replacement wallpaper for a listed building used as offices, it was not an easy task but the end product works well, looks great and has received a lot of positive feedback.” – A. Dykes
