York Press Business Awards 2013 – we are selected as finalists.
York’s leading independent fabric, curtains and décor shop has been selected as a finalist in the “Retailer of the Year” category in The Press Business Awards. Winners are due to be chosen at a glittering ceremony later this year.
The contenders for the 2013 Press Business Awards have been chosen.
The judges have picked finalists in 14 different categories, to celebrate the work of all kinds of businesses, large and small and across different sectors.
The 39 businesses and individuals will now be visited by judges to decide the winners, due to be announced at a glittering black-tie dinner at York Racecourse on November 21st 2013.
Art from the Start Ltd. which retails as Fabric Gallery and Interiors has been chosen as one of the finalists for the “Retailer of the Year” category.
Fabric Gallery & Interiors retails from its shop in Dunnington on the outskirts of York and attracts customers to this destination from all across Yorkshire and beyond.
Bronia Suszczenia, Director of Art from the Start Ltd and Creative Director at Fabric Gallery & Interiors said, “Hearing that we were chosen as finalists was a wonderful surprise. We have worked hard to please our customers and to grow our business so it very satisfying to see our efforts recognised.”
“Much has been written about the death of the high street during the recent recession, but we have relied upon satisfying our customers, and providing the right products and service to help us develop and grow each year”.
