COVID-19 Safety

We are pleased to be back up and running!

Thank you for supporting us and for your patience during this time. As we transition and learn to work with the Coronavirus, we have put together a few points to make sure we take care of both you and our staff.

As we try to resume work we are keen to protect the health of our customers and our people. We have examined all areas of contact and produced the following plans:

COVID-19 Safety Protocol for customers visiting our showroom

  • We have introduced an appointment system to avoid more than one customer (one household) being present in the showroom at any time
  • Appointments will only proceed if customers and staff can confirm that they and their household have been symptom-free for 14 days and they have had no contact with any other symptomatic people in that period.
  • During an appointment customers and staff will be expected to maintain at least 2m social distancing.
  • Hand sanitisers will be supplied near the front door to be used  by everyone on entering and leaving our showroom, as well as staff
  • We will only accept card payments or online bank transfers to avoid handling cash and cheques. Card payments will processed as if they are telephone payments to avoid unnecessary contact & possible cross contamination via a card terminal.
  • Please understand that access to certain areas of the showroom may be restricted

COVID-19 Safety Protocol for visiting customer’s houses

  • We will only visit if our fitters and their household have been symptom free for 14 days and they have had no contact with any other symptomatic people.
  • We will ask you to confirm the same.
  • Our fitters will be equipped with face-masks, gloves and hand sanitizer.
  • We will follow social distancing when coming to visit. We will always keep 2 metres away from you. We recommend that you remain in a different room to our fitters to reduce contact.
  • Our fitters cannot accept cash or cheques – please ensure you have paid in full over the phone with a card (or by internet bank transfer) prior to the fitting date.
  • We usually appreciate the courtesy of refreshments for our fitters, but we please ask you to refrain from doing this at this time.
  • Our fitters will wipe down surfaces that they have used once they have finished (if confirmed with the customer).
  • Usually out fitters would take away all packaging material in their vehicle at the end of the job. But to prevent cross contamination our fitters currently need to place packaging materials in your outdoor rubbish bins.
