We are not called Fabric Gallery and Interiors for nothing – the clue is in the name! When you visit our showroom you’ll be amazed that we have somehow put over 700 books of designer fabrics and wallpapers on display. That translates to around 40000 curtain and upholstery fabrics covering all styles, specifications and budgets.

Whether you are looking for traditional designs with timeless appeal or want to make a cutting edge uber-chic statement, you will find fabric to transform your home.

Behind the fabrics we have on display, we have access to the full design catalogues from 50 design houses. We are proud to represent a wide range of British collections, but we also have collections from France and the USA.

Upholstery fabric

You won’t find a wider choice of fantastic hard wearing fabrics perfect for reupholstering your sofa or for making a new footstool. Either way you will create your own personal design statement. Naturally we can help you with the technical and safety aspects of fabric that you want to last. We even have fabrics that are inherently fire proof and others that are stain resistant.

For restaurants and B&Bs we can provide contract grade fabrics without losing the unique designs and style that you’ll want to create impact.

Curtain and blind fabrics

Curtains and blinds remain the most popular and versatile form of window dressing. And rightly so. Whether you want light floaty summer voiles or cosy winter warmth we have fabrics for every situation and season.

No matter whether you are looking for traditional or contemporary, classic or chic,  timeless or cutting-edge we have beautiful designs available from 50 top brands.

We can supply fabric alone or we can transform your fabric choice into finished curtains, roman blinds or other soft furnishings.

Brands you love

You’ll know many of our brands such as Sanderson, William Morris, Designers Guild, Harlequin and Abraham Moon. However we have specialist brands like Ado (for beautiful voiles) or exotic brands like Pierre Frey, Christian Lacroix and Mulberry Home.

With this many designer fabrics available it would be an impossible task to list and illustrate each one on our website and also an impossibility to stock them “on the roll”. The vast majority of fabrics are available “from stock” and most are available in a couple of working days from order.

Several times a year we receive new swatch books to display the latest fabric and wallpaper collections to you. Although design houses innovate with new styles all the time, many continue to produce fantastically reliable and timeless collections; for example Romo’s Linara collection, Designers Guild’s Varese velvet collection,  Linwood’s Omega velvet collection. If you are considering linen then you must look at Brera Lino by Designers Guild. For a hard-wearing plain Chenille why not consider Vibeke by Sanderson?

We also strongly believe that one must see, feel and experience a fabric in order to pick the right one. Sadly on-screen or printed images of fabrics do little justice to their colour, texture or sheen. Samples often show only part of a pattern so you’ll miss out on an important part of the story.  That’s why we have such a large collection of fabric books to show you.
